As a Clinical Herbalist based in Bellingham WA, consultations with clients are either remote, or in person, at your convenience, and based on your location.
Herbalism is not a magic fix, nor a “one size fits all”. Every person requires a distinct individualized plan based on your constitution, genetics, metabolism, lifestyle, the specific diet that you follow and your current state of being, which makes you unique. Medications, supplements, and herbs that you take may interact with each other in various ways, positively, or negatively, as the chemistry, the science behind the scenes, is at play. Some combinations enhance the results, while others may result in unhealthy excess. The state of your liver and kidneys will influence the way your body processes herbal support, medications, and dietary supplements. There is also dosing, strength, form, extraction methods, and manufacturing processes to take into consideration to receive the best value of each herb or supplement. All of these factors are paramount when designing a specific regimen that is optimal and fits YOU. As a Clinical Herbalist I can help you navigate the seas and zero in on what your specific needs are.
