As a Clinical Herbalist based in Bellingham WA, consultations with clients are either remote, or in person, at your convenience, and based on your location.

Herbalism is, by nature's design, indicated for individuality. Every person requires a distinct plan based on your constitution, genetics, metabolism, tissue states, lifestyle, the specific diet that you follow and your current state of being, which makes you unique. Medications, supplements, and herbs that you take may interact with each other in various ways, as the chemistry, the science behind the scenes, is at play.  Some combinations enhance the results, while others may result in excess, or a dampened effect.  Dosing, strength, form, extraction methods, and manufacturing processes also require consideration to receive the best value and efficacy of each herb or supplement. All these factors are paramount when designing a specific regimen that is optimal and fits YOU. As a Clinical Herbalist combining  the art of formulation with the science of botanical dynamics is where I excel.  I can help you navigate the seas and zero in on what your specific needs are.
I custom formulate herbal teas, tinctures, and other preparations to individual needs which are dispensed by

Five Flavors Herbal Pharmacy

Forest & Meadow Apothecary
