I'm Carol Holland – A Clinical Herbalist with a over a decade of experience with botanicals, learning from many of the most respected and experienced herbalists in the US, with past clinical experience as an RN & Research Nurse, and a degree in Biological sciences.
As chronic illnesses became increasingly prevalent and I faced personal and family health challenges, I was led to explore alternative options to wellness. This journey revealed to me the remarkable power of botanicals which, when coupled with the body's innate healing potential, offered enhanced opportunities for a more secure route toward lasting health, and has manifested in my dedication to bring botanical perspectives to those who are searching for options to wellness.
I currently live on a mountainside where, in addtion to focusing on my clinical practice, I grow both native and traditionally therapeutic plants that reveal their characters as I spend time amongst them, watching their growing habits, eating their berries, fruits or flowers, harvesting their different parts and making herbal restorative tonics and remedies. Inspired by my Pharmacist father, I have always had a desire to a desire to use what I have been given to strive to improve the health of those around me.
My approach is simple: listen intently, identify root causes, and establish a plan that fits your lifestyle.
